According to Just Jared, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are reportedly back together as a couple, over a year after they split up!
The longtime couple split in the summer of 2015 and sources told E! News that they have been "back on for a few months."
"They are back together and giving their relationship a try again," the source said. The reason for the rekindled relationship came about as " Scott 's mellowed out a lot and hasn't been partying."
Kourtney and Scott are the parents of three kids - Mason , 6, Penelope , 4, and Reign , almost 2 - and they want "to make it work for them and their kids."
