Kim Kardashian has dropped the lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com according to Daily Mail. The website who first claimed the robbery was staged later posted a lengthy statement online to apologize to her.

The 35 year old reality star who was "badly shaken" after the incident has canceled public appearances for a month and is now recovering at her home in Los Angeles.

A distressed airplane with four people aboard has landed safely at the Lancaster Airport in Manheim Township, according to county radio dispatches. No one was injured and all four people are out of the plane. The twin engine aircraft conducted a successful emergency landing after its landing gear became stuck and wouldn't go down.
